Digital licence and checkout
Each poster is sold as a digital licence to download a PDF or JPEG file for use at a single facility. The licence is personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with another organisation.
Payment is processed through supported gateways, including PayPal. Checkout is completed only after the gateway confirms the transaction, and the purchase is then recorded against your account.
Once payment is confirmed, download links and a PDF invoice are emailed to the address provided at checkout. Keep these records for your own accounts.

How download links are protected
Signed access
Download links are issued only to the verified purchaser and expire after a set period, so a copied address cannot be reused.
No direct file paths
Stored files are kept outside public web folders and are only delivered through the protected download system, never by a direct address.
Access checks
Each request is checked against a confirmed order before a file is served, which blocks unauthorised users from reaching download links.
